• Clear images of the product, outer packaging, and label showing the batch number near the MRP or crimp

If You Received the Wrong Product or a Missing Item

If you receive an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your order, please email us within 5 days of delivery with the details listed above.

Once we receive your information, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or correction.

If You Received a Damaged or Leaking Product

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and share:

• Order ID

• Invoice copy (hard or soft)

• Clear photos or videos showing the damage, including the batch number near the MRP or crimp

After verification, our customer support team will arrange a replacement within 7 days.

If You Have a Product Concern

Kindly include:

• Invoice copy

• Description of your concern

• Images of the product clearly showing the batch number

Our team will carefully review your query and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may email us at mandalore.info@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer wish to receive it, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, and it will be returned to us automatically.

If Your Order is Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order status shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date at mandalore.info@gmail.com.

Our team will investigate the issue and assist you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges may apply and will be clearly shown during checkout.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations at a nominal additional charge.
