Once we receive your information, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or correction.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and share:

Clear photos or videos showing the damage, including the batch number near the MRP or crimp
After verification, our customer support team will arrange a replacement within 7 days.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may email us at mandalore.info@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer wish to receive it, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, and it will be returned to us automatically.
If your order status shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date at mandalore.info@gmail.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges may apply and will be clearly shown during checkout.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations at a nominal additional charge.
